Well, I'm happy because I'm getting back into exercising. I underwent knee surgery for meniscus and ACL injuries. I was bedridden for 3 months and I'm just starting to come out of rehabilitation. I started exercising twice a week at first, then 3 times, and finally 5 times a week thanks to the vitamins and YOR Repair Ultra that helped me a lot in my recovery.
