My name is Beatriz Márquez, I am 32 years old, I have always liked to do physical activities, but my build has always been wide, I have to be careful with my diet to feel lighter and in shape. For a couple of months, I stopped exercising, and it has been difficult for me to pick it up again, I decided to join this challenge to motivate myself and take better care of my diet during the holiday season. It is the first time I have tried YOR Health products, and I am happy. I have been accompanying this challenge with a good diet, but without being too strict. I start each day with my training and end it by breaking the fast with my YOR SuperGreens which are wonderful and super easy to prepare, then my lunch accompanied by YOR Digest Ultra capsules, mid-morning my snack of the day is YOR Shake chocolate blended with frozen strawberries, it is the most delicious and helps me not to be hungry for a good while. And in the afternoon and evening, I have my meal and dinner, each accompanied by my YOR Digest Ultra capsules. During the day, I drink my 2 liters of water to stay hydrated.

Since I started this challenge, I feel very light, my digestion has improved significantly, and I feel satisfied during the day, I have managed to eliminate all those cravings for junk food that used to be unavoidable.
