I'll tell you that it was extremely simple thanks to the nutritional products from YOR Health. What I did was: upon waking up, 1 capsule of probiotics; before going to the gym, 1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens and 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus in 250 ml of water, plus 3 capsules of YOR AMP. This mixture provides me with the necessary energy for a good workout. After training, 3 scoops of YOR Shake. In my solid meals, before eating, 2 capsules of YOR Digest and 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins. At dinner, 2 scoops of YOR Shake with 1 portion of fiber and 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra.
