Hello! My name is Sandra. I joined the challenge with the main goal of adopting healthier eating and exercise habits due to some health concerns. I am fascinated with all of YOR Health's products. YOR Health has an excellent line of products that help me achieve better weight control and increase my self-esteem. I started at 198 pounds and now I'm at 185 pounds. I feel healthy and happy with the results. The daily routine was like this: in the morning, one YOR Probiotics Ultra, one of YOR Essential Vitamins, and my YOR Shake. At noon, YOR Fiber Plus with water, YOR Repair Ultra, and YOR Digest Ultra with my meal. At night, a regular dinner with my YOR Digest Ultra and YOR SuperGreens. This was a different challenge due to many days away from home, but it was possible thanks to YOR Health. Forever grateful.
