After a year of many personal adjustments, I decided to start 2024 by developing discipline, starting with my health. I began a nutrition and exercise plan guided by professionals, doing Pilates three times a week and following a balanced diet designed to improve my overall physical condition, complemented by YOR Health supplementation.
