I was a person who hardly drank water and didn't pay much attention to my diet because, being thin, I thought I didn't need it. I also didn't like or do exercise. Since I started my 8-week challenge, I started taking supplementation products more consistently. I took YOR SuperGreens, YOR Shake, YOR Berry Blast, and YOR Repair Ultra. I also started drinking flavored water at first and reducing sugar. Today, I still struggle to drink plain water, but my body already asks for it to hydrate. Regarding exercise, I started doing 30 minutes of Zumba, then walking with my husband in the park, and finally jogging for 20 to 30 minutes daily. I also visited the gym with my children. Apart from getting in shape and starting to take care of my health and body, what excited me the most is that if a family member decides to start taking care of themselves and doing different things, the family automatically integrates positively. We all, as a team, started doing something to take care of ourselves, both in movement and in nutrition. Today, I'm happy because the small changes I started to make are now a habit because I'm going to keep doing them since I felt very good in this, my first 8-week challenge with awareness.
