Hello, everyone.

In this cycle, I focused more on reducing sugar consumption and increasing protein consumption.

I maintained an average exercise pace of 2 hours a day. I started my day with 2 large glasses of water. After exercising, I consumed a measure of YOR SuperGreens and then a measure of YOR SHAKE, sometimes mixed with a fruit or a few grams of quinoa. Between meals, if I got hungry before time, I would consume a few quinoa grains with cocoa or amaranth squares.

At lunch, I took a capsule of YOR DIGEST ULTRA, and at night, I closed my day consuming at least one large glass of water before sleeping.
