Hello, my name is Enrique Ventura Casas, and I am pleased to conclude my eight-week challenge. The main reason I decided to do it was for my health.

The challenges to overcome to keep going were mainly physical, due to time, work, family, and a spine injury. However, we overcame them little by little.

The products I consumed were YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR AMP in the morning on an empty stomach as pre-workout. I take my shaker with my YOR SHAKE, 3 scoops with water. Between 10 and 11 in the morning, I have my meal accompanied by 2 capsules of YIR Digest Ultra. I took YOR SuperGreens accompanied by 2 tablets of YOR Essential Vitamins. Between 12 and 1 pm, I consumed two measures of YOR Shake. At 1 pm, another YOR AMP. At 3 pm, I had my YOR Berry Blast. At 5 pm, another YOR AMP. For lunch and dinner, I took two capsules of YOR Digest Ultra. When I didn't have time for dinner, I opted for two measures of YOR Shake at night. All this accompanied by an exercise regimen of two to three times a week and changes in eating habits. I will continue with the challenge because I want to reach my ideal weight, and I have seen very significant progress lately.
