As I write my summary and observe the results of this challenge, I feel doubly grateful, as I am just turning 44 years old, and seeing what my body can achieve at this level is remarkable. I can run 10k and I'm still preparing for the 21k. I lift weights, take Zumba classes, and I can even dance for 5 hours straight! LOL

I feel very grateful for my YOR Health supplementation because, as the slogan says, you are what you absorb. My routine consisted of 4 days of physical activity, where I do 30 minutes of cardio and a 50-minute weight routine.

My supplementation: I start the day with YOR Probiotics, 2 capsules of YOR AMP during the day, occasionally I take YOR Berry Blast to give me a boost before training; after training, YOR Shake. YOR Digest after each meal, and before sleeping, YOR Repair Ultra.
