Hello, I'm Nora Flores and I'm 52 years old. I'll tell you how I did it.

In the morning, I wake up at 5 am, take 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics and one capsule of YOR Repair Ultra on an empty stomach. At 8 in the morning, I make a green smoothie with YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus, mixed with the juice of an orange and water. At 9 in the morning, I have egg whites with vegetables and coffee, or a YOR shake with strawberries or apple. I also take 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins and 2 capsules of YOR AMP. Mid-morning, I eat cucumber or jicama with a little lime. At 2 in the afternoon, I have lunch with chicken, fish, or tuna with plenty of vegetables and a cup of rice. I take the enzymes with the meal, as well as 1 capsule of YOR Essential Vitamins and 1 capsule of YOR AMP.

At 4 pm, I enjoy a ginger tea with mint and chamomile, accompanied by jicama or cucumber.

At 5 pm, I do low-impact exercise.

At 7 pm, I prepare a smoothie with YOR Shake and YOR Fiber Plus, lactose-free milk and strawberries, accompanied by 1 capsule of YOR Essential Vitamins.

At 9 pm, I take a capsule of YOR Probiotics and go to sleep.

Throughout the day, I make sure to drink at least 2 liters of water.
