Hello! I'm Araceli Maza, and I've been familiar with the YOR Health brand for almost 3 months. The way I was invited to learn about the line of supplementation products caught my attention. Due to my profession, I spend a lot of time in front of my laptop, which leads to a mostly sedentary lifestyle. I've been practicing yoga, walking, and jogging intermittently for 8 years.
Because of this, I consider myself to be 6 kilos overweight. I have participated in 6 "Glamour Parties" so far, where they have enthusiastically promoted the advantages and benefits of taking the supplements and signing up for the challenge to improve health, image, and self-esteem. I have made an effort to learn about the products that are part of the business, and I decided to start the challenge. I have confirmed their effectiveness through my commitment to consume them correctly. I like to feel good both inside and out, and I am determined to be a "product of the product," thus becoming an ambassador for the supplements during my consumption process.
I have been studying the statements in the supplementation brochure and have consulted how to take them. I am methodical and disciplined, and I have included this challenge in my routine. We all know that just by jogging and running, I strengthen my body, but the process is slow for weight loss, so I joined group 273 to prove to myself that determination and discipline will help me achieve my goal of being a responsible adult for my well-being, healthy and happy.
I have acquired 8 of the 9 products considered in the challenge, since I have several bottles of organic vitamins at home. I have prepared a schedule table according to my lifestyle to ensure consumption as suggested.
On my first day of the challenge, I was surprised not to have the urge to eat a cookie or chocolate. However, I drank a little more water than I usually do, and I feel in good spirits. Consuming the protein has made me feel light and has given me a sense of satiety.
In the first week (day 7), I feel light, and I am starting to feel more comfortable in my clothes. In the second week (day 14), I have experienced some constipation, but I do not feel anxious to eat more. In the third week (day 21), I am surprised to see that the skin on my abdomen adheres to my body, I do not see it hanging, which is very encouraging.
Every day I exercise in the mornings, approximately between 45 and 60 minutes. I have managed to lose 5 kilos, and I am very happy about this achievement.
