The first thing I've felt is a lot of improvement when starting the day, as my body wakes up with energy and I no longer feel weak. I'm very excited because the previous challenge gave me a lot of encouragement to continue with this new habit.

In the mornings, I have YOR Shake and YOR Fiber Plus for adequate performance during my first hours of work. Then, around 11, I have a fruit and seed snack. At approximately 1 o'clock, I have my meal along with a capsule of YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins to help reduce the caloric impact of my food. If I feel very sleepy after eating, I have a YOR Berry Blast to continue the day with energy.

In the afternoon, I try to do yoga sessions at least twice a week. In the evening, before dinner, I take another capsule of YOR Digest Ultra.
