Another challenge achieved, after an operation in which half of my thyroid was removed, I set out to regain shape with the best thing there is: our YOR Health products. I resumed functional exercises 5 times a week and the other two days I did aerobic routines. YOR Berry Blast and YOR SuperGreens always accompany me.
