Hello, good evening. My name is José David Tovar Amezola, I am 67 years old, and I am a communications and electronics engineer. Currently, I am dedicated to the automation of doors and blinds. I've been with YOR Health for 3 years, and I like to enroll in the Challenge because it has helped me improve my health and my physique. I recount how I arrived and how I have been evolving in health and physique. Thanks to YOR Health and our products, which I normally consume, they have become part of my life. In this challenge, I consumed hot water upon waking up, probiotics (one capsule in the morning and sometimes at night), my green juice before breakfast, and when I don't have breakfast, I prepare a Chocolate or Vanilla shake and drink it on my way to work. Additionally, I do some Tibetan exercises. At lunch, I always have my Digestive Enzymes, and sometimes a coffee, which relaxes me and aids digestion.
