Hello, my name is Zaida Llamoca. I'm 37 years old, a wife, mother, homemaker, and YOR Health entrepreneur. I want to share with you that for many years I struggled to have optimal health. I suffered from chronic constipation, migraines, joint pains, and fatigue, which led to me being overweight at 85 kilograms with a lot of inflammation. This greatly affected my emotional well-being, creating insecurity and depression. After the detox, everything continued the same, but I added 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus, 1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens with 1 sachet of YOR Berry Blast before CrossFit training for 1 hour.
