I dedicate most of my life to taking care of my nutrition. Christmas and New Year's parties are my weakness when it comes to food. But you can always recap and start again to take care of my nutrition and my body with exercise. The results with supplements are amazing!

What do I take? Everything! In the morning, upon waking up, 2 YOR Repair Ultra followed by my YOR SuperGreens. Then I do aquafitness for an hour every day. After finishing, I enjoy my vanilla YOR Shake combined with berries and turmeric. Additionally, I take my YOR Essential Vitamins with 2 YOR AMP. At lunchtime, I take my YOR Digest Ultra with two vitamins and a YOR Berry Blast with 2 drops of lemon essential oil. As the days go by, I feel lighter and more energetic, and my body shows the changes noticeably. This challenge was tremendous: I fell, injured my arm, and couldn't exercise for 20 days. It was frustrating, although considering my results, I think I didn't do too badly. I am very happy with my results.
