Thank you, YOR! And thanks to the YOR Best Body challenge! I'm very happy with my results from this cycle. Physically it may seem small, but for me, it's been a great breakthrough.

First of all, I've managed to be consistent in the gym. Obviously, the work is felt, and there's pain and fatigue, but with the supplements, it doesn't become too much. Another thing I've particularly noticed in these last 2-3 weeks is a huge improvement in digestion. The truth is, while growing up, I thought everyone had the same symptoms as me, and now that I'm almost 40 years old and everyone says there are changes for the worse; but now for a few months, I digest better and honestly, I can't remember the last time I had trouble digesting something. I think I don't have to say it anymore, but I love to eat.

My routine this cycle was 4-5 days of gym, weight training for about 50 minutes.
