I am very excited to start this challenge in the toning category. Since the beginning of the year, I decided to take better care of my health, and I am very pleased with the results I am achieving thanks to YOR Health products.
I get up very early in the mornings to exercise. I do 45 minutes.
I do intermittent fasting for 16 hours.
