When I decided to do the challenge again, I didn't remember that I was going to be traveling for almost 4 of the 8 weeks of the challenge. I set a goal of losing 10 pounds, and when you travel, especially in Latin American culture, everyone shows their love with food. Well, the incredible thing is that I ate everything without exercising and still lost 6 pounds. Of course, I took my YOR Digest Ultra for meals to help with digestion, my YOR SuperGreens for antioxidants, my YOR AMP, and my YOR Essential Vitamins.
