Hello, I am Veronica Lopez. One thing I love is eating, and sometimes I don't eat very balanced meals. Today, thanks to the challenge, I am becoming aware of my health and that it's more expensive to cure than to prevent.

In this challenge, I did different exercises and weights to lose more weight, increasing my muscle strength. At almost 49 years old, I feel in the best shape of my life.

I don't want to feel dependent and need to rely on others.
