Hi! I'm very happy to share that I'm almost reaching my goal! I just needed to eat more, haha. The products I used in this challenge were YOR Repair Ultra - every morning upon waking up, YOR SuperGreens - every morning on an empty stomach, YOR Shake - every night, and if I felt like it in the afternoon, with fruit. My exercise routine was quite calm and simple: exercising at home with an interspersed rest day. Planks, squats, and abdominal exercises, nothing extraordinary, but I feel they were quite effective. I feel quite well; after being out of rhythm for several months, it was a good comeback, ready for another 8 weeks and to welcome summer with CuerPower!
