Hello, my name is Jesus De Busk. I'm happy to conclude this 8-week challenge with these results! I was able to gain muscle mass and lower my body and visceral fat levels. This was something that was very difficult for me and I hadn't achieved it before, because I felt I didn't have enough energy to start exercising in a disciplined way, but mainly because I didn't have a simple eating routine that would allow me to reach my goals... until YOR Health appeared in my life.
What I did was something very simple, but above all, something that anyone can do. :)
• Upon waking up, I take 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra and 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins.
• Before going to exercise, 1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens and one packet of YOR Berry Blast.
• After finishing my exercise routine, 3 scoops of YOR Shake vanilla with frozen strawberries, it's my favorite recipe.
• In my solid meals, I add 2 capsules of YOR Digest Ultra and 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins, which have helped me recover my digestion and take advantage of the nutrients from each food.
• For dinner, I take 3 scoops of YOR Shake with ice, which helps me have an ice cream-like consistency, and I love it!
