Guess what? Today I have something really incredible to share with you. Over the years, I have perfected my method to stay in shape without suffering from diets, and I want to reveal it to you. In the past, I suffered because I restricted myself too much, and that caused me anxiety. Today, I can tell you that I have found a way to be fit and happy. I share my top 5 tools:
1. YOR AMP to control my appetite and cravings for sugar and bread.
2. YOR Shake for breakfast or dinner combined with 1 tablespoon of nut butter and previously soaked chia seeds for greater satiety.
3. Add sea salt to my water to significantly reduce my cravings for sugar and increase my energy during the day.
4. Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with the mother to a glass of water and drink it before my meals with carbohydrates.
