Hi! I enjoyed this challenge in many ways. I have done something I am passionate about every day: dancing! And I made sure not to miss a single day. The challenge excites me because it keeps me focused, allows me to measure myself, and adjust the dynamics to achieve my goals. I do intermittent fasting for 16 hours, and I do my dance stretching exercises, dance, and do yoga. I love the strength I am gaining.
