Hello, I am Omar Alejandro Medrano, I am 24 years old and I am from Guadalajara, Mexico.

At my job, I spend most of the time sitting because I work on a computer, so I decided to exercise. My schedule is very complicated, so I decided to discipline myself and get up at 5 am to go train. When I get up, I take my YOR Repair Ultra and YOR Probiotics Ultra. When I get to the gym, I drink my YOR SuperGreens and during my routine, I hydrate with my YOR Berry Blast. When I finish, I drink my YOR Shake vanilla flavor and later my protein and vegetable breakfast.
