Hellooooooo! Finishing a new cycle of the challenge and happy with the results!!! I love seeing the scale finally going down and it's all thanks to this community that gives me strength when I want to give up. I am working on forming the habit of exercising; there are really days when I don't want to train, but seeing the scale gives me the encouragement to continue.
My favorite product is and will continue to be YOR Shake, I love the feeling of drinking it, its delicious taste, feeling satisfied and full of energy throughout the day. Intermittent fasting has been my great tool, I felt that I really started to lose weight when I did fasting properly. I fast for 16 hours, closing my eating window at 6:00 pm and opening it at 10:00 am, obviously with my YOR Shake.
