Hello everyone! I want to share with you my experience over these 8 weeks, which were sensational thanks to the YOR Best Body Challenge of 8 weeks by YOR Health.

I am Jesus De Busk, 30 years old. This challenge was amazing because I was able to reach my goal, something I had never been able to achieve before, even though I exercised!

The YOR Best Body Challenge platform helped me with all its daily tips, making it much easier to reach my goal of toning my body without losing muscle mass.

I started seeing changes from the first week! Not only did I feel full of energy, but my daily performance started to increase impressively. I went from being someone who struggled to wake up early to train because I wasn't resting or eating properly, to waking up before my alarm even went off.

Here’s what I did:

Upon waking up, I take 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra, 2 YOR Essential Vitamins with a glass of water.

Before heading to train, 3 capsules of YOR AMP.

After training: 3 scoops of YOR Shake in Vanilla, half an avocado, 1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus, and a packet of YOR Berry Blast.

All of this blended with ice is a delight.

At lunchtime, I only add 2 capsules of YOR Digest Ultra, which allows me to eat guilt-free!

In the afternoon, I prepare 1 packet of YOR Berry Blast with lemon juice and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. This allows me to continue my day without any energy drops!

And at night, I have 3 scoops of YOR Shake in Chocolate with ice and water. It’s delicious, with the texture of ice cream... the best chocolate ice cream you’ve ever tried!

3 YOR Repair Ultra before bed allows me to have a restorative sleep to start my day focused.
