I have a surgery scheduled for February 2025, and I need to lose 15 kilos. I managed to lose 3 kilos in this cycle. It’s very hard for me to move. My spine has some vertebrae pressing on my nerves, making it difficult for me to move easily. So, exercising is very challenging.
