Hello, I am Verónica López. One thing I love is eating, and sometimes I don't consume very balanced meals. Today, thanks to the challenge, I am becoming more aware of my health and realizing that prevention is less costly than cure.
I love knowing that my muscle is growing because it's well-nourished, and I’ve gained muscle mass. In this challenge, I did different exercises and weightlifting to lose more weight and increase my muscle strength. At almost 49 years old, I feel in the best shape of my life.
In the morning, I take 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra and 2 YOR Repair Ultra. I go to the gym, and while exercising, I drink my YOR Berry Blast. After my workout, I have a YOR Shake. When I get home, I take 1 YOR SuperGreens with YOR Fiber Plus.
