Hi, I’m Samuel.

During this challenge, I had a bit of a setback in my routine because I started studying, which changed all my schedules and habits. Unfortunately, I haven’t been very consistent with exercising, and that has affected my appearance a bit. However, thanks to the wonderful supplements, I’ve still felt good.

In the morning, I take YOR Probiotics Ultra with a glass of warm water. Before leaving the house, I have YOR SuperGreens with YOR Fiber Plus and the vanilla YOR Shake, which I love. This makes my day easier, and at lunch, I try to eat vegetables and protein. Due to all the changes, when I get home at night, I take another YOR Shake with oats and fruit before going to bed.

I hope that for the next challenge, I’ll be more disciplined and get back into exercising.
