Hello, in this challenge I focused on dancing and maintaining my daily yoga routine. My main goal was to tone my abdomen. I feel good about my results, but not satisfied! Haha, this is just a small change. I’m ready for the next challenge, and with my energy at one hundred percent. In the morning, I took my YOR Repair Ultra on an empty stomach and my YOR Berry Blast along with my YOR SuperGreens. I ran out halfway through the challenge and complemented it with vegetables in a smoothie.
