Hello!

In this challenge, I continued with the approach from the previous one, to keep losing weight without losing muscle. On one hand, I lost more weight and body fat percentage than I thought I would achieve (around 2 kg lost) without losing muscle percentage. Just yesterday I had my consultation, and my body muscle mass ratio, which was at 84% before the challenge, is now at 85%, meaning I lost more fat than muscle in the total weight I lost.

It hasn’t been easy, and this leaves me room to gain lean mass in the next challenge.

On one hand, I’ve focused on intermittent fasting, as well as longer cardio sessions, along with weight training, hypertrophy, etc., which have helped me lose more weight and feel lighter.

On the other hand, I’ve reduced my intake of processed foods and sweeteners, and this, combined with YOR products, creates a synergy that accelerates results.

At midday, I start with probiotics, vitamins, and YOR Shake. Before meals, I take my digestive enzymes, and in the afternoon, before my workouts, I take an AMP.

After training, I take 1 Repair and 2 vitamins. At dinner, I take 1 Digest Ultra, and depending on the type of day, another YOR Shake.

Additionally, my diet is based 70% on plants, with many vegetables and fruits. The rest is made up of good fats (nuts, almonds, etc.), balanced lean proteins (beef, chicken, pork, fish), and legumes. On weekends, I try to rest more and have a more flexible diet.

Sleep has also been a factor I frequently mention. I believe 8 hours of deep sleep is essential to having energy throughout the day and promoting muscle growth.

Basically, staying balanced is the way to achieve results, and we’re off to the next challenge!
