I am Mónica Chávez from Mexico. I just finished a challenge and managed to lose some weight and inches. I still have a way to go to reach 70 kilos. I've been overweight for many years, and I want to regain my weight to be healthy and energetic. I aim to achieve old age in the best possible condition. I’m aware that weight impacts our health in many ways. I will continue exercising to keep my heart and lungs healthy. I will continue watching my diet, even planning to lower my carbohydrate intake further and achieve a better food balance. My goal is to be flexible, strong, and energetic to have a dignified old age and be able to enjoy life with my children without being a burden to them.

In this challenge, I managed to lose around 3 kilos. I also feel that I lost some inches. I exercised less frequently than in the previous challenge. I’ve kept my strength, and tomorrow I’m running a 5 km race.

My supplement plan was:
