It was a challenging experience every day. I made changes to my meal times, food quantity, and the number of meals I usually eat daily to incorporate all the supplements on schedule and combine them with exercise, walking, and a floor routine.

In my exercise, I noticed I could go for longer without tiring. Although I didn't reach my weight goal, I feel stronger, more agile, and more energetic. I noticed my legs, abdomen, and arms are stronger; I could even reach 5 minutes of planking, something I had tried before but couldn’t achieve – I would lose strength after 3 minutes.
