This was a tough challenge to achieve. Halfway through my 8 weeks, I got dengue and lost 4 kg in 10 days, of which 3 kg were muscle mass according to my nutritionist’s measurements.
There, I learned the importance of building a strong muscle structure, especially after 50, as it serves as a safeguard against illnesses that might otherwise be more dangerous.
