My current routine for my first meal includes YOR SHAKE along with doses of YOR Fiber Plus, YOR Berry Blast, and YOR SuperGreens for breakfast. I do this before my main breakfast.
Later in the afternoon, I take my YOR Repair Ultra for meals.
In the evening, I try to have a light dinner and sometimes have a dose of YOR SHAKE and YOR Fiber Plus.
