Hello, how are you? I started this challenge because I wanted to continue taking care of my health, but I took a small break. Thanks to continuing with the supplementation, I was able to maintain my weight, but my shape changed. When I returned to classes, my children returned to my morning exercise routine, and it was then that I committed more to the challenge and started walking every morning, taking all the nutritional supplements in the morning at dawn.
On an empty stomach, one or two capsules of YOR AMP. Then, I would walk for an hour or an hour and a half to achieve 10,000 steps daily. After returning from training, I took my YOR Shake, two scoops with one scoop of YOR SuperGreens.
For breakfast, my coffee with one scoop of YOR Fiber Plus.
Before eating, I take a YOR Digest Ultra, and after meals, I take three vitamin tablets. Every day, around 11 a.m. or 12 p.m., I drink a bottle of water with YOR SuperGreens and a packet of YOR Berry Blast, which I totally love because it gives me vitality and helps me have the strength to keep going. With the heat here in Tapachula, it gives me the hydration I need.
At night, I take one capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra and one capsule of YOR Repair Ultra to repair my day after all the movement.
Today, as I finish the challenge, I have seen considerable changes, and I feel very happy to be healthy.
