Hello!

This was a very intense challenge due to the load of strength training at the gym, combined with aerobic exercise like basketball and running.

It was very challenging because my goal was to gain 1 kg of lean mass while burning fat and toning up. I barely managed to achieve it, but I can see how I gained muscle, especially in my chest, deltoids, and back, along with some extra toning in my abs, which has always been the hardest for me.

My gym routine is 4 days a week plus at least 2 days of cardio. I followed a disciplined diet during the week, 80% plant-based, with protein, YOR Fiber Plus, and low sugar (weekends are more relaxed). This gave me the energy and calories needed to push myself in training.
