Hello, my name is Pamela Ortega. I’m from Durango, Mexico, and the reason I decided to begin the 8-week challenge was that I had been feeling unmotivated for a couple of months to keep improving my physical appearance. There were even days when I didn’t feel like exercising. Being able to feel motivated again through the YOR Best Body Challenge helped me stay disciplined and improve my habits.
I started exercising five days a week. Keeping up with my supplementation regimen was very simple, even on days I traveled and couldn’t follow my routine 100%. I stayed committed to my goals.
