I am very happy with the YOR Best Body Challenge. I think that otherwise, I would never have been able to invest so much in my health. The product rewards make it much easier to take care of yourself, not only with the essential products but often with the entire line.

This challenge, I trained very little. Between the holidays and commitments, it was a bit difficult for me to stay disciplined, but even so, I lost several kilos and looked better at the end of the season than I usually did. On average, I trained 2-3 times a week, focusing more on cardio than strength.

I maintained my DETOX360 regimen with intermittent fasting and my YOR Health products: YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Shake, YOR SuperGreens, YOR Digest Ultra daily, and YOR AMP occasionally.
