My experience in the third cycle of the YOR Best Body Challenge can be summed up as: energy, confidence, and preparation for the future.

This cycle was not only another step in my physical transformation but also in my confidence and lifestyle. Although the numbers on the scale didn’t change drastically, I managed to lower my BMI from 34.8 to 33.4 and gain 3 kg of muscle mass. But the most valuable change was the energy and agility I’ve gained, something I now notice even in daily tasks.

I decided to enjoy the holidays, prioritizing my family, and although I could have achieved better results, I am very happy with the progress I made. This balance motivates me even more to break my records in 2025.

The changes are evident. My clothes fit better, and my pants are now tight around my calves thanks to cycling. For the first time in a long time, shopping for my wedding outfit was an exciting experience.
