Hi! I’m happy!!!! I’m super happy to finish this cycle just before the end of 2024 and with these results.

It’s been a year of constant struggle because it’s really hard for me to lose weight. Since I got pregnant with my daughter in 2019, I gained a lot of weight and haven’t been able to shed those kilos :( But finally, I’m seeing the goal within reach.

I’ve faced some challenges with training because of housework and family responsibilities, especially during the holiday season. But despite that, I’m happy with the results because I’ve been very disciplined with my food and supplements.

I discovered that when I had YOR Shake for breakfast, I experienced a lot of anxiety, so I switched to having eggs or some other protein with avocado for breakfast. I now take the shake with fruit to close my eating window, which has helped me sleep very lightly and wake up with lots of energy to exercise and carry out all my activities.

I take the YOR SuperGreens with my breakfast or lunch, and I love it because it helps a lot with digestion. The YOR Probiotics Ultra have kept me from getting respiratory illnesses during this cold season, and I’ve also noticed my gastritis pain has disappeared thanks to them.

I’m training three times a week, 40 minutes a day, and I try to stay as active as possible throughout the day. Occasionally, I’d run and walk in the afternoons for 30 minutes, but I wasn’t as consistent.
