On December 1st, I had spinal surgery where they inserted six screws. My weight at the time was around 85 kg. It took me a while to decide, and I consulted several doctors—some recommended surgery, others said I should avoid it and just lose weight. But instead of losing, I gained. When the pain became unbearable, I had reached 106 kg by December.
