Good afternoon!! I'm happy to have completed this challenge, I lost 3 kilos and significantly improved my physical condition. I do 100 squats daily and many arm exercises—arms are difficult! I think it will take me several months to reduce the flabbiness; they've decreased in volume, but the “wings” are tricky. I now have much more core strength and can do different abdominal exercises in a routine, though I haven’t lost much in that area—I do feel stronger and firmer. My legs have improved a lot; I can now handle exercises I couldn’t do for more than 5 minutes before, and now I can go 20 minutes with no problem. I feel happier, more energetic, and stronger.
