I finished another challenge cycle with a clear goal: to join the 100 lbs club.

This cycle was different: I added road cycling (not just MTB), joined a very demanding cycling group, and relied on my YOR AMP and YOR Berry Blast to keep up with them. I don’t know what I’d do without that ace up my sleeve!

Without YOR Shake, it was a real challenge, but I learned to eat better, always supported by the community. I made my own shakes and combined them with YOR Fiber Plus and YOR SuperGreens. I took YOR Digest Ultra with every meal, and YOR Repair Ultra and YOR Probiotics Ultra at night.

Between losing fat and gaining muscle, I stopped obsessing over the scale... I started enjoying the benefits I could feel. Officially, I lost 4 kg, but the most important results were: more energy, more endurance, looser clothes, and steel legs.

My advice: don’t obsess over the scale; track, analyze, and stay consistent. Sometimes it goes up, sometimes it goes down—what matters is the average always trending toward your goal. On to the next cycle, heading for the 100 lbs club, without stopping!
