Hello everyone! I’m happy to finish this challenge. It’s very hard for me to lose weight, and I’m thrilled with the result, since due to a back injury I can’t do weight training, only cardio. Something very important is that, with a proper balanced diet and supplements, we can gradually shape our bodies.
This is how I use my supplementation:
When I wake up, my YOR Probiotics Ultra, and to break my fast, YOR SuperGreens with lemon juice.
Later, one of my favorites: YOR Shake + YOR Fiber Plus with a light breakfast, plus YOR Digest Ultra.
Mid-morning: my YOR Berry Blast, mixed with ice, lemon juice, and sparkling water. It tastes amazing, fills me with energy, and takes away fatigue when I finish night shifts.
At lunch, I include protein, vegetables, some carbs, and a YOR Digest Ultra.
In the evening, after my workout, a vanilla YOR Shake + YOR Fiber Plus, blended with strawberries or berries.
On night shifts, I always prepare my YOR Berry Blast to keep energy levels high.
Finally, before resting, I take two YOR Repair Ultra.
