Very happy with the results in this Challenge 299.
I manage to maintain myself and keep gaining muscle mass little by little, after 10 years of supplementing with YOR Health’s excellent products. Doing it this way is easy, delicious and fun, with new mixes and recipes.

I start my day with YOR Probiotics Ultra and water with salt.
Before my workout, a delicious green juice with YOR SuperGreens, full of antioxidants, that helps me get through my exercise routine and have a day full of vitality.
A vanilla YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus after training, and then on with the day.

YOR Digest Ultra with the first bite of food and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins at the end of the meal, and the same for dinner.
Before going to sleep, 2 YOR Repair Ultra and off to bed.

I work out 4 times per week and, during the routine, YOR Berry Blast to keep providing energy and hydration.
