Hey everyone!

I decided to enter the 8-Week Challenge because I had felt like I was in a slump and really needed a kick in the rear to get going. And thankfully a good friend of mine actually said they had started and expected me to be in the same Challenge group!
So I got started straight away.

I started every day with my YOR SuperGreens and YOR Berry Blast which kick started my days and my training sessions.
Then with each of my meals I was having YOR Essential Vitamins with YOR Digest Ultra. These were great as my knowledge on food is pretty average so to be able to supplement what I don’t get through food is fantastic. And to be able to break down food to absorb nutrients better helped so much with my results.

Then before bed each night I would have the YOR Repair Ultra along with the YOR Probiotics Ultra. These 2 supplements helped with getting a better night sleep and recovery from my day.

I am a carpenter by trade so my body is under large amounts of physical stress daily. I was in the gym 3-5 days per week and on my “rest days” I was training or playing cricket. And as a bowler once again my body, especially my back and legs take a beating.
On the really harsh days I would also use a range of the Bare Oils line to help me with relaxing, recovering and reducing muscle/joint pains as well as better sleep! Gotta love the ‘Sweet Dreams’ blend.

My target was to gain muscle size and drop some body fat which I did successfully and am super happy with! I started at 80kgs and finished this Challenge at 82kgs and have lost fat.

I am mega grateful for this company and the value they provide to my life. And not just mine but those around me that are product consumers too!
