My name is Daniel Soni (Jose Daniel Martinez Soni), I’m 44 years old, a graphic designer, and I love being active and running. I’ve always believed that health is the most important thing, but there are always times when a reset is needed, and I started the Challenge because my wife challenged me to win a Challenge just as she did in the recent past. I’ve taken the YOR Health products longer than her but to take care of my health and not to have a physical change, and I also wasn’t consistent taking the products anymore. Especially now that I had stopped exercising because having time for it seemed impossible with all the moving, travels, and routine changes, so I decided it was time to get back on track despite the holidays and all the alcohol and food.

I started exercising again feeling hopeless because I couldn’t lift the weight I used to, so I decided to start doing push-ups, chin-ups, and using my body weight. Thanks to the great help of YOR Muscle Energy and YOR SuperGreens, my favorite, I was able to get back “in the zone” despite the parties. YOR Shake helped me avoid cravings and I took my YOR Health products to all my trips. My goal is to be healthy and I never thought that the “plus” would be to reach my goal of gaining weight and get back to my exercise routine. I’m glad that, no matter how old you are, you can achieve such positive changes naturally.
