Hello, my name is Luis Valdez, I’m 32 years old. One of the reasons that motivated me to join this Challenge was doing it along my wife. We are both committed to looking and feeling good, we want to become parents this year and we want to have a good health.

A few months ago, we moved to Canada, we made very drastic change in our diet and our meals schedule; as a result, we slowly gained weight and to the point we didn’t feel comfortable with our clothes anymore. We decided to join the Challenge during the holidays because we knew that would help us watch what we ate. It wasn’t that hard because the products helped us a lot.

Every day, upon rising, I have a YOR SuperGreens and 3 YOR Essential Vitamin. I realized this time I didn’t got sick during the winter and that made me very happy. Before breakfast I have a YOR Repair Ultra. I take a YOR Shake as a snack.
